These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tidy Stacks LLC website, and your purchase of services, packages, and products from Tidy Stacks LLC ("Tidy Stacks," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Tidy Stacks LLC provides technical troubleshooting and physical organization solutions for both commercial and residential environments. This includes software and hardware optimization, diagnostics, routine component maintenance, and physical workspace cleaning and sorting, along with bundled packages and related maintenance products, as described on our Services, Packages, and Products pages. Listed prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of checkout applies to your order.

3. Client Cooperation & Site Access

To complete scheduled maintenance or troubleshooting, clients must provide safe, unhindered access to physical properties or relevant digital networks at the agreed time. Tidy Stacks LLC is not responsible for pre-existing equipment degradation or data loss discovered during standard testing. Issues exceeding our core competencies will be referred to specialized external partners.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced based on the unique scope of each project. Rate structures are reviewed periodically against market demand. Payments must be processed in accordance with the timelines established in your formal intake or service contract. Payment is due at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods presented at checkout (including PayPal and supported debit/credit cards). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked service or package at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. 6. Refunds

Service and package fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed. If we are unable to complete a booked service, or if a service was performed in a materially deficient manner, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you toward a resolution, which may include a re-service or partial/full refund at our discretion. Product purchases may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping costs.

7. Products

Product descriptions are provided in good faith; we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. Products are intended for the general cleaning and maintenance purposes described and should be used according to any included manufacturer instructions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure or disclose any fragile, valuable, hazardous, or sensitive items prior to a scheduled visit;
• Back up any electronic data before technical infrastructure work is performed;
• Disclose any known hazards (electrical, structural, environmental) at the service location.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Wisconsin law, Tidy Stacks LLC and its personnel shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from routine diagnostics, system troubleshooting, or workspace alterations. Tidy Stacks LLC's total liability arising out of or related to any service, package, or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service, package, or product.

10. Insurance & Damage Claims

Tidy Stacks LLC maintains general liability insurance for our field operations. If you believe damage occurred as a result of our service, notify us within 48 hours of the appointment so we can investigate and address the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Tidy Stacks LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the security or operation of our website, or to submit false or fraudulent order or contact information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these Terms must be filed within the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
